Special Education Management

The goal will be to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, while also ensuring ongoing training is provided to staff. Our Sped administrator(s) will audit any and all new incoming records at the beginning of the year, as well as a final audit of all records at the end of the year. These services are in addition to the regular responsibilities, including IEP preparation, attendance, and facilitation, 504 maintenance and compliance, as well as collaboration with the RTI process and school leadership.

Sped360 can be purchased at a flat rate per month or on an hourly basis.

Our team provides consultation services, management, and support for Special Services Management, which encompass a range of specialty services for Special Education, Section 504, and RtI. The list of services for each area is listed below with a short description of what it entails.

School-based Nursing
A.I.M. provides school-based nursing services which include, but is not limited to supervision of the nursing aspects in a school setting, comprehensive nursing assessments/screeners, and expertise in helping school staff plan for educational placements for special education students.
Specialist Services
A.I.M. provides school-based services such as school psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers for the visually-impaired, teachers for the auditorily-impaired, Orientation and Mobility specialists, Assistive Technology specialists, and behavior specialists. All reports and therapy are monitored to comply with state and federal guidelines. The level of services provided complies with supports and services listed in IEPs.
Dyslexia
A.I.M. provides remote and school-based dyslexia services such as dyslexia evaluations, professional development and training for teachers, support staff, and evaluators, as well as remote dyslexia intervention which delivers direct, multi-sensory instruction by an experienced dyslexia specialist to individual students and small groups via our teleconferencing and control-sharing platform. We collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a seamless process that helps students become more confident readers.
EL Services
A.I.M. Can provide EL services to assist with identification, placement, monitoring, and compliance. This includes LPAC Framework, LPAC/ARD Collaboration, EL Program implementation, and best practices. A.I.M. can provide side-by-side coaching for EL staff, instructional strategies, compensatory instructional services, oral language proficiency testing, support with targeted improvement plans, facilitation of LPAC meetings, and TELPAS meetings.
