Remote Learning Ready
Our evaluation teams are ready to do remote special education evaluations and provide therapy for your students with related service needs. We created remote services that comply with TEA approved procedures and guidelines. We can also train your staff to provide remote services.
Family & School Oriented
AIM provides school-based services to schools and private evaluations for families. If you need an evaluation to write an IEP for a student, we will provide a report that includes all the legally required elements. If you’re a parent and you want to understand your child’s strengths and weaknesses and share the results with your child’s school, our report will include all of the information schools need to consider special education services. .

Quality Assurance
Every evaluation report written by an AIM evaluator is reviewed by a highly qualified specialist in their field, including licensed psychologists, licensed school psychologists, SLPs, and OTs. Our goal is to provide the format and content that meets AIM’s standards and your standards.

Whether you only need us to do just one evaluation or even hundreds, we got it. Maybe you want to us to complete all the evaluations for your district? We can oversee, manage, and complete all the evaluations. Our team is always up to date on the latest guidelines and internally we've built in quality controls. Maintaining high quality evaluations is built into our structure, and you should expect that.

Our technical support partners are your extended admin team for when you need that extra hand. With decades of experience of working in public schools, we understand the intent of the law, best practices and have built hunsdreds of innovative procedures and practices for schools across Texas. We can help support your team implement new procedures and practices, be a temporary director/ coordinator, help you prepare for an audit, or even just complete some paperwork you just haven't had the time to get to. Our therapists are strictly school based and understand the school model. We find that to be one of the most important aspects of providing therapy in schools. Our therapists receive constant training opportunities from our in house CEU teams and additionally have access to a council of special education directors to ensure they are up to speed on the newest guidelines.
