Our Customer Stories

AIM constantly seeks to meet the needs of its customers by providing diverse, quality and timely services. It has been a great pleasure working with their leadership team and staff over the past few years. Their leadership team listens to the needs of educators and actively designs a plan to enlarge its service menu. I have seen this company grow and evolve into an organization that can meet the service needs sought by most special education departments.

AIM has provided professional services for our staff and students for well over 5 years across our organization.  Their student-centered approach, professionalism and innovation has changed how we provide related services for students.  AIM works with families, school staff and students to ensure that they build a trusting relationship that is founded on improving student outcomes.  AIM staff does not shy from hard work.  Whether a pandemic, staff shortage, or just a consultation partner, AIM is available and ready to serve.

There are not enough words to say how grateful our district is to have had various support services through AIM! Every AIM representative that has come to help our district over the last several years has been nothing short of professional and easy to work with. Their team continues to go above and beyond all expectations, and the communication is ongoing, timely and collaborative. I am continuously impressed and pleased at the quality and vast experiences of team members that come out of AIM, and appreciate the lasting positive impressions that have left on our district. Thank you, AIM for all that you do!

We have been working with AIM for over a year now and we are continually impressed with their services. They are always available to answer questions and support our staff. Their providers are incredibly well-trained and knowledgeable. We also feel like they are fully a part of the Etoile Academy Team. They know our students and families. They ensure that we meet the needs of every single student. We highly recommend using AIM to ensure you support your students with special needs and your English Language Learners.

AIM is my "go to" company to support our special education evaluation needs.  They are always professional, provide well-trained evaluators, and always willing to integrate and work with our district systems.  They make the contracting process simple and seamless, creating a smooth transition for campuses when one of our district evaluators is on leave.

Brooke Simmons
Coordinator of Psychological Services

AIM is not just a contract company, they’re partners in education. Their team works tirelessly to help meet our district’s needs quickly, and with the highest-quality professionals and work products. They partner with us to provide training to our district staff when needed, and are leaders in innovative and creative learning solutions that benefit the districts with whom they partner. The team at AIM is responsive, dedicated and thorough. They care about kids and about quality services.

An excellent Special Education program consists of several experts, including teachers, therapists, counselors, service providers, and administrators. Additionally, each of these experts needs to have ongoing training and support to continually improve their practice. No small district or charter school could hire and support the people required to run an excellent Special Education program on their own, which is why AIM is an absolutely essential organization. AIM provides all the experts you need to best serve your families in Special Education at the amount that you need based on your school population and size. Every small and medium-size district/school in the country would benefit from having access to an organization like AIM.

The DeWitt - Lavaca Special Education Cooperative (DLSEC) has worked with Assessment, Intervention and Management (AIM) [sic] for a number of years and have always found their staff and contractors to be friendly and knowledgeable. We have sought AIM's services for Special Education Full and Individual Evaluations including bilingual, speech and OT. AIM has always been timely in scheduling the requested evaluations. The reports as well have been produced in a timely manner and are accurate according to the data provided. The reports also contain graphs and charts for a great visual representation of the information contained in the reports. AIM has reviewed evaluations with our parents before the ARD meeting and was able to answer any questions the parent may have had. DLSEC has found that the recommendations provided by AIM have been appropriate for each individual student. Finally, the community served by DLSEC have benefited from our working relationship with AIM.

AIM Educate [sic] has been a lifesaver for Manor ISD. As a new Director of Special Education with an astronomical shortage of evaluation staff, I was able to reach out to AIM and received support. We have collaborated for the past 3 years, and we wouldn’t be able to meet compliance without their support. The evaluators provided through their company are above the norm. All evaluators have been conscientious and student-focused. When we need to discuss specific students, they are open and collaborative. We have received the most support and reliable evaluators from AIM. They continue to meet the bar of excellence for the services we need.
